What happens after you pay
Signing up and paying
- You confirm your email address and give a few details.
- You choose Core or Premium, for yourself or for your business.
- A business buys seats, one for each person on a plan, with a minimum of two. A person alone has one seat.
- Before you pay, you are shown the price and the currency. The introductory offer is billed each month.
- You pay in advance on Stripe's secure page.
- We email you a link to set your password and sign in.
- Orvaly opens once you have paid.
- Stripe emails you a receipt.
- Choosing a plan is agreeing to the version of our terms in force that day, and we record which version it was.
Plans for individuals in the EU are coming soon. If you are signing up for your business, sign up as a business.
Changing or cancelling a plan
Your plan renews until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time: from Billing, on the Stripe page it opens, or by writing to us.
Your plan runs until the end date you are shown when you cancel, and everything you have recorded stays.
In a business, an administrator buys, changes or cancels the plan, and can add people or move them between plans.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again and you are told each time. Your plan carries on while it does.
The introductory price
An introductory offer runs for new accounts. It is open for a limited time.
The offer is an introductory monthly price for Core or Premium. We hold that price for twelve months from your first payment.
After that your plan moves to its standard price. We will email you the standard price at least 30 days before it applies.
You can cancel at any time before that date, and the introductory price is then the only price you pay for your plan.
For early adopters
You book an onboarding call with one of our team.
We’re still polishing the edges. If something is not working properly, we will say so.
The feedback you provide will help us improve the product.
What your plan includes, and help
What your account includes comes from your plan, and we show it in the product.
Help is in the product: the Help chat is answered first by an AI assistant and hands you to a person when it cannot help.
